Sarah Billings

Sarah Billings is a playwright, theatre artist, and educator in Philadelphia. She is a co-founder of Worthy Tales Magazine, a quarterly publication of new, interesting fiction and poetry in the tradition of the old sci-fi and fantasy pulp magazines.
